Florida Atlantic University rises in 2026 U.S. News Best Graduate Schools rankings, with gains in computer science, engineering, business, and nursing programs.

U.S. News and World Report ranked Stanford No. 1 for its business graduate program, followed by Penn and the University of Chicago. In engineering, MIT was first, followed by Stanford and the University of California at Berkeley. Among law schools, Stanford was again No. 1, with the University of Chicago and Yale tied for second.

U.S. News released its 2026 Best Graduate Schools Programs rankings on Tuesday, and Yale University and the University of Connecticut represented the state multiple times, securing high spots in the Top 50 in various graduate program areas.
