Tzruya “Suki” Lahav, an Israeli songwriter and poet who is best remembered by American music fans as a violinist who recorded and toured with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band in the mid-’70s,
As the news circulated on social media, the Springsteen Center posted a picture of Lahav on its Instagram page. While highlighting her time with Springsteen, the post was sure to note that her talents went far beyond the E Street Band.
Lahav died from a prolonged illness, her family confirmed to the Israeli news network i24 News.
"The America that I love, that's been a beacon of hope and liberty around the world, is in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, racist, reckless, and treasonous administration," Springsteen said
